Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Apris ("Apris," "we," "us," or "our") is a Maryland-based company that provides business technology services and childcare consulting. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit aprismgt.com (the "Site") or use our services, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, subscribe to a newsletter, or communicate with us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, business or program name, and the contents of your message. If you become a client, we may also collect information needed to deliver our services, such as documents you share with us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and general (city/region-level) location. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
  • deliver, maintain, and improve our services and website;
  • send you newsletters or updates you have asked to receive;
  • communicate with you about your account, projects, or requests; and
  • comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers we work with

We use trusted third-party services to operate our website and business. These providers process your information only to perform services for us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. They may include: our website host, our form-and-email delivery provider (which processes contact-form submissions so we receive your message), our secure database and file-storage provider (used for our client hub), and our email/newsletter provider. Each maintains its own security and privacy practices.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. Where we store client documents, they are kept in a secure system accessible only to you and authorized Apris staff. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your request, provide ongoing services, or meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements — after which we delete or de-identify it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of marketing emails, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither). Residents of Maryland (under the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act), California, and other states with privacy laws, as well as visitors from the EU/UK, may have additional rights. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@aprismgt.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any newsletter, or by contacting us.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for business owners, childcare providers, and other adults — not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

Our Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, social media pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
